Mission Statement
|
 |
|
We believe that everyone has the right to live in balance with all the different roles life throws at us (e.g.
parent, child, co-worker, etc) and the pressures to conform
We aim to enable others to see their place in life, with a clearer light, through the use of theatre.
Our goal is to provide a creative environment where these roles can be addressed, challenged and explored safely.
The added advantage of experiencing these different facets of the self in this way is that there are no long lasting consequences.
Then with the clarity of this process, it will offer the individual greater confidence in themselves and their many roles
in day to day life.

The company's use of Performance and Psychology
Dramatherapy
is used with a variety of people and within a number of settings to offer its participants the chance to reflect on those
moments when a decision is made that affects every subsequent one. This form of therapy has been successfully used with people
suffering from social, emotional difficulties in schools, prisons, retirement homes and on the street, to engage with issues
through ‘play’. ‘Play’, is classed by Jude as any meaningful act undertaken by an individual to quantify
a facet of the self within a fictional world in preparation for it to be transferred back into real life. When bad choices
start to feed off of themselves that individual can become locked into a pattern of behaviour that brings him/her into conflict
with society or even the law.
