I am a freelance theatre practitioner and the artisitic drector of Jude; at present I’m working out of Newcastle under Lyme, within the local area. I am currently working with Cheshire East Council, Cheshire & Warrington Connexions, and a number of community groups in the West Midlands and Cheshire. The theatre company I set up, 'Jude' uses performance and psychology together to maximise on what both of these forms have to offer. My background is in both of these fields having studied for degrees in both subjects and having worked in Community Theatre for the last eight years.

2003:

  • Show: A Winters Tale, WYDG 11-13yr (Co Director).
  • Project: Forum Theatre Performance with Nantwich Young Players (Director).
  • Set up Drama Group at Yvonne School of Dance [YSD].
  • National Association of Youth Theatre’s ‘BYTF’ WYDG 14-16yr (Leader).
  • MMU Cheshire Open Days (Workshop leader).
  • Show: ‘The Tango’ at Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Actor / Technical Manager).
  • Show: ‘Ignorance’ WYDG 11-13yr for World Mental Health Day (Director).
  • An independent ‘Directing Unit’ completed, MMU Cheshire.

2004:
